Trigg's Bad Boys Rowan, Brad and Gareth

Left to right: Rowan, Brad and Gareth
Well actually, they're not as bad as they'd like us to think – they're pretty darn good, especially when it comes to their construction expertise and these guys work hard to deliver Trigg builds on schedule and budget every time.
Rowan Vendt, Quantity Surveyor
Newbie to the Trigg' off site' team, Rowan is currently working through his degree. His role is to cost out projects, manage payment claims, variations to the contract and other cost-related aspects. He also assists with project administration, including drawing up and executing our Subcontract Agreements. Rowan immediately fitted in with the team and adds another wise head due to his long experience as a Trade Qualified Carpenter.
Brad Taylor, Site Manager
Part of the Trigg team for a few years now, Brad has been site manager for the construction of close to 10,000m2 of industrial buildings and is currently nearing the end of the construction of 2,000m2 of commercial/retail space at Marsden Cove. Brad's role involves complete control of the site and all of its activities, and he brings a wealth of experience and a high level of accuracy and quality control to every build.
Gareth Payne, Site Manager
On the team for almost two years, Gareth has been based on the Hundertwasser Art Centre as a site manager, supporting the construction manager with site instructions to the builders, and assisting the health and safety manager to ensure everyone on-site complies with Trigg's strict health and safety policies and protocols. Meticulous in his planning and execution, he is currently site manager for the Aubrey Business Centre at Marsden Point, where he has overall control of the site and all of its activities, including managing subcontractors and suppliers.
