The night of Friday 19 March was the awards gala for the 2021 Trigg Bream Bay Sports Awards. Trigg Construction is proud to support the awards as naming rights sponsor for the fourth year running. The awards celebrate and promote the value of sport and acknowledge the sporting achievements of residents in the local Bream Bay community.

It was a fantastic celebration of our local sportsmen and women’s achievements on the local, national and international sporting stage. Bernice Mene (NZ netball representative and captain) wowed the crowd as the guest speaker and Darrell presented the Supreme Award on behalf of himself, Marlene, and Trigg Construction to shooter Carlisa McCarroll. Carlisa, the current NZ Ladies Clay Target Point Score Champion, was also named Sportswoman of the Year. Unable to be there on the night, Carlisa’s mother and grandmother accepted the award on her behalf.
