Aidan is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in complex commercial and residential construction. Project efficiency and disciplined cost control are key focuses for Aidan in his role. He works closely with our Site Managers to ensure our team and clients always have accurate and timely information on project costs. Aidan is also responsible for managing the tender process, subcontract letting and account management, client liaison and reporting, general project administration and pre-construction feasibility costing.
