David is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contract Manager with over 35 years of experience in complex commercial construction, demolition and specialist heating and ventilating. With a key focus on project efficiency and disciplined cost control, David works with Trigg’s Site and Project Managers to implement project-specific systems to capture accurate information and ensure the construction process is hassle-free. Beyond that, he takes care of tenders, subcontract letting, account management, client liaison and reporting, general project administration and feasibility costing pre-construction – he’s a very busy person.
