Before she joined Team Trigg, Leone worked as a Technical Writer for Carter Holt Harvey LVL in Marsden Point, writing standard operating procedures, and the Client Liaison and Construction Administrator at Signature Homes Northland. In her current role, Leone supports our site team with the management of documentation including subcontractor agreements and onboarding, operational and maintenance manual creation, and change management. As our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager, Leone sets and reviews our health and safety policies and procedures, and ensures our team and others adhere to them, because the safety and wellbeing of our team, and everyone who works alongside us is central to the way we work.
