How do you build a community facility on a fixed budget— a place where locals can come together for fitness and fun?
8500 m2 designed, built and delivered in 8 months.
With an ambitious timeframe and strict budget, the project demanded a seamless approach to design and delivery. Our goal was to eliminate and manage any risk out during design. This required us to use innovative construction techniques, optimise every process, and test the budget to identify time-cost efficiencies without compromising on the client’s requirements. Innovation, collaboration, and clarity were key from day one.
Two 4000 m2 general bulk storage buildings, each 9m high at spouting line and 500 m2 ancillary buildings. 3m high concrete retaining walls. 40m clear span with steel structure, clad and roofed in COLOURSTEEL®.
Designed and delivered in just 32 weeks, the 8,500 m² bulk storage complex at Marsden Point was completed with zero variations once construction began — a testament to the clarity of the design process and Trigg’s proactive project management. Our Early Contractor Involvement process enabled us to work closely with our client and manage any construction risk upfront during the design stage. We handed the site over three weeks ahead of schedule, allowing the client to begin fit-out early. A fast, efficient, and financially smart build — future-proofed, delivered on time, and built to perform.
