WELCOME LEONE

Leone joined the team in October last year as Project Support and Trigg’s Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Manager. Trigg’s track record of constructing beautiful buildings and amazing spaces, along with their passion for community, is what initially drew Leone to the role. Living and working in Northland offers balance and open spaces—a more relaxed vibe and outlook that means time for work, time for life, and the spaces to live it. Leone is a proud mum to two adult children, Michael and Jami, who are living in Auckland and both love their work, travel, music, and a good laugh. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her exploring Northland’s stunning coasts—walking, hiking, biking, kayaking, or swimming—and enjoying barbecues, beers, and quality time with friends and family.

Just for fun, we put our Trigg 10 Quick Questions to Leone, and this is what she had to say:

Cats or dogs? Cat (my daughter’s—bloody kids, never take everything when they leave home!)
Dance floor or karaoke? Do I have to choose? If I’m up karaoke-ing, I’m dancing too, mic in hand.
Coffee or tea? Coffee
Early riser or early night? Hmmm…I love sunrises, if only I were an ‘early night’ person.
Good book or Netflix show? Good book
Talent you wish you had? Dancing with a mic in hand while karaoke-ing… seriously though, I’d love to be able to sketch/draw.
Dream destination? The whole wide world. Ok, ok… Africa.
Homebody or adventure seeker? Adventure seeker
Most treasured possession? My school reports…😉
Real-life hero? My mum, a true matriarch.
